Reservation is considered complete only after our confirmation and the payment of the requested deposit.

In the case of cancellation:

but if it really is not possible do otherwise
these are our rules:
For cancellations made more than one month before the date of arrival:
the deposit will be valid for another booking, as long as the new booking
is for an apartment booked within one year of the cancelled booking (for an
equal amount, otherwise proportionally).
For cancellations made within one month of the date of arrival:
the deposit is considered to be lost
In no case the deposit will be returned.
